We’re closing the BT Tradespace Referral Programme

We’ve been running the BT Tradespace referral programme for six months on a trial basis to assess whether you found it useful. We have now reached the end of the trial and therefore, the programme is now closed. We cannot accept any more registrations to the programme or further referrals.

We’re currently reviewing all the feedback you’ve given us over the last six months and will look at how we can improve the programme in the future. If you did not get the opportunity to give us feedback before, why not tell us now what you liked or didn't like and any ideas you may have for improvements? Please send your feedback to vibes@bttradespace.com.

In the meantime, if you do have any unclaimed points please go to your account and claim your rewards.

How to claim:

1. Log into your account. If you have forgotten your password don't worry just click 'forgotten your password?' and a new one will be sent within the hour.
2. Once logged in, go to 'my points' to check how many points you have earned.
3. Then go to 'reward levels' to select your reward. Once you have chosen your preferred reward, click on the description and then 'claim this reward.'
4. Your reward will be posted to you within 28 days.

Unfortunately, we do need to put a deadline on claims, so all claims will need to be submitted by 22nd May 2009.
